Both. We can hand your engineers clean Figma files and specs, publish your website in Framer ourselves (Standard and up), or build the whole product with AI coding (Build). You choose how far we go.
Yes — a lot of our projects start as a note or a call. We shape the scope, map the user flows, design every screen and, on Build, build and launch it. You don’t need a brief or wireframes to get started.
Prices are fixed and listed above. A one-week Test is $1,300, and the fee is credited to your first month if you continue. Standard is $2,600 per two-week sprint and Build $3,000 — about 7% less when you pay monthly.
It depends on how many projects are running. On the intro call we’ll give you a real start date — and if you have a hard deadline, we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s realistic.
You get a shared Slack channel and async updates every 2 days — fresh Figma links with a few notes on what changed. For trickier flows, we record a short Loom to walk you through the decisions. Every plan after Test includes a weekly call. Your request queue lives in the same thread, so nothing goes quiet.
Yes. We often work directly with CTOs, product managers and developers — joining your Slack, designing on top of your existing components and reviewing the build. Files come organised, with a design system your engineers can reuse.
Vladimir Raksha, Maddesign’s founder, leads every project and designs most of them himself. When his schedule is full, a senior designer from our team takes the design on, with Vladimir still reviewing the work. Either way, you’ll know who’s on your project before it starts — no account managers, no hand-offs to juniors.
A senior in-house designer costs $100k+ a year and takes months to hire. Marketplaces are cheaper, but finding the right person takes weeks and quality changes from job to job. With us you get senior work from day one, at a fixed price, for exactly as long as you need it.
